We can facilitate a variety of service experiences for your team:

ONSITE PROJECTS

We bring the project to you and handle all the details; you cover the cost and provide volunteers.

These projects are a great option for meetings, conferences, events or teams with time or travel constraints. On-site volunteer projects are excellent for team building and serve to reinforce your organization’s dedication to giving back to support our community.

Our onsite projects fulfill the requested needs of nonprofit agencies from across our seven-county service area. During an onsite experience, your team will learn why their project is matters and what challenges it helps to address in our community. We tailor each project experience to meet your group’s needs including project scope and duration. Whether your team has fifteen minutes or two hours to invest, we will facilitate a project that is individually meaningful and collectively impactful.

Your responsibilities:

  • Submit your interest form at least four weeks before your project date.
  • Submit payment prior to your event.
    • Onsite projects have a per kit cost + $5/person

Your project costs include the following services provided by MUW:

  • Design and execute a customized volunteer experience.
  • Order, prepare and deliver all project supplies to your project location.
  • Provide a mission moment that explains the significance of your project (virtual or in-person).
  • Deliver completed kits the receiving nonprofit agency.
  • For some events we can stay on site for the duration of the project and assist with set-up, facilitate during the project and repack supplies at the conclusion. This option can be discussed during your consult call.
