Metro United Way 2-1-1 is a free phone number that anyone can use to get confidential health and human service information, 24/7 and in over 100 languages. Metro United Way’s 2-1-1 has helped over 284,000 people and services nine counties in Kentucky as well as three counties in Indiana through a partnership with Indiana 2-1-1.
