    Metro United Way uses SMS to communicate with parents, donors, community members, and staff for brief, informational, and service-related messaging. Messages include outreach regarding children’s developmental screening applications (to the children’s parents), donation follow-up, connecting those in need of help to service organizations, and general support inquiries.
  2. Message Frequency
    Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Metro United Way.
  3. Message and Data Rates
    Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  4. Opt-Out Instructions
    You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Metro United Way at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Metro United Way.
  5. Help Instructions
    For assistance, reply “HELP” to any message from Metro United Way at any time.
  6. Customer Care and Support
    For help with Metro United Way SMS messages, you may reply “HELP” to any message from Metro United Way at any time. You may also directly contact Metro United Way for support by calling 502-583-2821 or sending an email to info@metrounitedway.org.
