Ready for K AlliancePartners

Ready for K Alliance partners include local organizations, businesses, community leaders, and individuals that are working together with parents, caregivers, teachers, and early care and education providers to increase engagement and involvement to ensure children start kindergarten ready to thrive.

With over 100 community partners, the Ready for K Alliance is well-positioned to make an impact by preparing the children in our community for success. While the Ready for K Alliance strives to create a unified system in the birth to 5 space, it is the role of partner organizations to provide the knowledge and resources needed to make the system work. No one organization can move the needle themselves, but as a collective, we can improve the outcomes for children in our community.

Guiding Team

The Ready for K Alliance leadership team, the Guiding Team, is comprised of key stakeholders and content experts who serve as an advisory team, monitoring progress toward goals and seeking out opportunities to make collective asks to advance the work. Metro United Way serves as the community lead for the Ready for K Alliance, uniting organizations and individuals around the first, critical years of a child’s life.
