In Bullitt County, we know hundreds of mothers with children are homeless at some point throughout the school year. Whether living in garages, hotels, cars, or couch surfing, we know this is not a sustainable way for children to thrive.

Metro United Way is committed to fighting for kids and families every day, and with community partners we spearheaded an effort to bring a shelter for women and children to Bullitt County called Housing First.
