The United Spirits Bourbon Fall Festival will feature elevated tasting experiences from more than 15 distilleries with specially curated, complimentary bourbon, tequila, and wine, as well as other bar offerings; live music; chef-prepared appetizers; cigar pairings; and a live and silent auction of allocated bourbon bottles and exciting experiences.

Metro United Way has partnered with Kentucky’s Original Black Bourbon Enthusiasts (KOBBE) to help curate the evening’s experiences and auctions.

“We’re excited to offer support to Metro United Way for this inaugural benefit event,” Jamar Mack, founder of KOBBE, said. “We’re looking forward to everyone experiencing a fantastic evening with an auction that will offer items for all budgets.”

Bourbon distillery partners include Castle & Key, Michter’s, Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company, Heaven Hill, Bulleit, Angel’s Envy, Brown-Forman, Heaven’s Door, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Maker’s Mark, Green River, Smooth Ambler, Barrel Craft Spirits, and Buzzard’s Roost. Other spirits include Código 1530 Tequila, Rolling Fork Rum, Sainte Marguerite en Provence, Mumm Napa, and Kenwood Vineyards. Each will have a station set up for guests to sample different offerings.

Guests will also enjoy a selection of small bites curated and prepared by Chef Michael Crouch of Watch Hill Proper, other hors d’oeuvres, and an elevated s’mores bar with toasted bourbon pairings. The evening will include a live and silent auction of allocated bourbon bottles—including new releases not yet available to the public and classic, hard-to-find bottles—as well as bourbon experiences and other unique packages. The silent auction will begin online a week prior to the event.

Progress Park will provide a lovely backdrop for the event, with its park-like setting and fire pits where guests can lounge and listen to live music from Kevin Casey and Dan Salvato. The evening will also feature a gameyard sponsored by Castle & Key.

Guests will also learn about the important work of Metro United Way and the nonprofit’s focus on thriving kids, strong households, and an equitable community.

“United Spirits is a fun and laidback way to get involved with Metro United Way,” Adria Johnson, the nonprofit’s President and CEO, said. “The evening will be a great experience for any bourbon lover. We want people to come out to enjoy the fall weather and good drinks—and feel good about it because they’re giving back to their community!”

General admission tickets are $125, with a VIP experience available for $250. VIP guests can expect a private reception with special pours from four elite brands and a dedicated VIP host. Visit https://bit.ly/UnitedSpirits to purchase tickets and get more information.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the work of Metro United Way.
