Sometimes simply denouncing racism, bigotry, and intolerance is not enough. Many organizations, like Metro United Way, are identifying ways to build into their core values and culture by creating an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team to model these values internally and externally with the intention to create change and positive outcomes in our community.
