Operation Victory is a coalition of Greater Louisville Area Unions, Nonprofit/Community Organizations, and Local Area Businesses working to rebuild abandoned homes for homeless Veterans in our community.

For the past three years, Metro United Way along with 50 other community partners have helped place one of our local heroes back into a safe home. This year former Marine Torre Keith Harris was awarded a new roof over his head and he couldn’t be more thankful.
