Hardship to Hope Food Relief Fund
Recipients expecting their monthly SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits are at immediate risk of losing access to this critical nutrition support. This will threaten more than 60,000 households or 120,000 individuals in our 7-county community. Metro United Way is donating $500,000 to our "Hardship to Hope Food Relief Fund" that will go directly to supporting families in Kentucky and Indiana who are losing SNAP benefits.
