2025 Day(s) of Action

Metro United Way had 200 volunteers from 22 different companies give their time for Day(s) of Action 2025! We collected and wrapped more than 20,000 diapers, completed several playground renovations, and filled 2,000 backpacks to be distributed to more than 50 nonprofits across the Greater Louisville region. Thank you to everyone who helped us make a difference in our community!

The Greatest Give Back

In 2024, Metro United Way and the Muhammad Ali Center hosted the fifth annual Greatest Give Back. The project attracted 600+ volunteers who filled 2,500 backpacks with school supplies and 2,500 hygiene kits with essentials. Fifty nonprofits in the Greater Louisville region benefited from the project. Thank you to our sponsors: Muslim Aid, Yum! Brands, and Aetna.
