I really enjoy the people I work with daily. They have genuine concern for the wider community and for one another. This really feels like a close knit family.
What has been your biggest accomplishment during your time so far at Metro United Way?
I think what I'm most proud of is the work we continue to do in and around our facility to update it while still honoring its past. We are almost 100 years old and our facility has held up quite well. To be able to continue those efforts is extremely important to me and quite rewarding as well.
How do you view your role in our community?
My goal is to make sure that every staff member at Metro United Way has what they need and are in an environment that fosters positive energy and yields great work. By providing that support, it allows Metro United Way to really focus on those things of utmost importance in our community.
