Since April 2022, we have been grateful for your participation in our one-year YALift! (Young Adult Louisville Income for Transformation!) guaranteed income pilot. The YALift! project was made possible by the fortunate collaboration of several national and local partners. Your participation will provide valuable insights for other organizations in cities across the country as they prepare to launch their own similar pilots. Your participation will also contribute to national research that may have federal policy implications on guaranteed income.
As we detailed in the onboarding process last year before you received your first payment, the resources that made YALift! possible resulted in a one-year program. As such, the payment you will receive at the end of February is the second to last payment. The payment that will be issued on March 30th will be the final payment in this program.

As part of the research requirements of this guaranteed income pilot, participants are required to keep their Steady account active for 6 months after the final payment. This means that you will need to keep your bank linked to the app and will need to update Steady should you change your bank account during these 6 months. After this period, you can delete your Steady account. See Steady App End of Program information below.
