  • Created Equity team led by Chief Equity Officer and cross-functional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team
  • All staff in the process of completing the Leading in Color training
  • Staff took a guided tour of the Muhammad Ali Center’s temporary exhibit RACE: Are We So Different, followed by facilitated Talking Circles
  • All faiths/religions panel discussion for all-staff
  • LGBTQ training/discussion
  • Discounted tickets to Beyond Buzzwords speaker series on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Poverty and Racial Wealth Gap Simulations for all-staff
  • Conducted the Culture and Climate survey
  • Implemented a suggestion box based on a recommendation from Catapult Now
