- Created Equity team led by Chief Equity Officer and cross-functional DEI team
- All staff in the process of completing the Leading in Color training
- Staff took a guided tour of the Muhammad Ali Center’s temporary exhibit RACE: Are We So Different, followed by facilitated Talking Circles
- All faiths/religions panel discussion for all-staff
- LGBTQ training/discussion
- Discounted tickets to Beyond Buzzwords speaker series on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Poverty and Racial Wealth Gap Simulations for all-staff
- Conducted the Culture and Climate survey
- Implemented a suggestion box based on a recommendation from Catapult Now
